so my response to this application is that it seems quite rushed with very little detail about you and what you can do to help us. also your age... we tend to look for about average 14 year olds but i'll be assessing you ingame to see how you are and how you act. also 0 staffing experience but that's not a issue, everyone starts somewhere. please add more detail though and we'll get other peoples opinions too

We look for good traits for our staff members and despite knowing you are disadvantaged, you still put your age + Meets requirements other than age (at the time of this reply) + Really nice and friendly guy ingame +/- Broke rules a few times, but since you're new, I dont expect you to know all the rules (you need to know them all when you're staff) +/- No past experience, but like Smithy said, everyone starts somewhere. +/- Your NLR definition is half correct.
